The California Department of Technology (CDT) is dedicated to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have a complaint alleging that CDT is non-compliant with Part 35 of Chapter 1 of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations or took an action that is prohibited by Part 35, the grievance procedure is to:

What Happens After I Submit My Complaint?

The ADA Coordinator will initiate an investigation to promptly and equitably resolve the complaint. A written decision will be issued to the complainant within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint. In the event more time is required to issue a decision, the ADA Coordinator will notify the complainant in writing. There is no appeal from the ADA Coordinator’s decision.
