How do I know who will conduct my procurement that is related to a Reportable Project?

 

There are several scenarios to consider when determining who will conduct the procurement.

  • The Agency/state entity conducts if the acquisition method does not exceed Agency/state entity DGS Delegated Purchasing Authority and is part of a Reportable Project.
  • The DGS Procurement Division conducts if the acquisition method exceeds Agency/state entity DGS Delegated Purchasing Authority and is not part of a Reportable Project.
  • The Department of Technology OSTP conducts if the acquisition method exceeds Agency/state entity DGS Delegated Purchasing Authority and is part of a Reportable Project.
