Project oversight managers
Similar to the approval process, you’re assigned an oversight manager when you enter the oversight phase of your project or you retain the same manager from your approval phase. Check out SIMM15 for a full list of Project oversight managers.
CDT’s role in oversight
There are times when projects require our intervention. If a project exceeds one or more baselines, intervention may be required, like:
- Special Project Report (SPR) – customer re–baselines the project (SIMM30).
- Corrective Action Plan (CAP) – customer collaborates with their PAO manager to submit the CAP.
