California Project Management Office

CDT Internal Project Management

  • Using standardized project management practices, CDT Projects Branch orchestrates the delivery of sustainable technology infrastructure to customer IT projects hosted at one of the CDT Data Centers.
  • A dedicated CDT team member works alongside data center staff to advocate customer objectives, coordinate necessary resources, and manage the project to completion.
