SAS/PC Renewal Instructions
For SAS/PC, CDT distributes the current year’s SID (SAS Installation Data, license) file to those CDT customers who request (and pay for) SAS/PC activation for the next year. After payment is received, the next year’s SID file is distributed to customers. The PC owner/local admin typically updates the SID file on their PC. Please contact the Service Desk, (916) 464-4311 and open a ticket for the SAS/PC Support Team to get assistance applying the SID file.

Save the SID to a location on your hard drive or LAN, then go to the Start menu and select All Programs, SAS, Utilities, and Renew SAS Software 9.4. Once prompted, browse to the location of the SID file and select Next and follow the prompts to complete the process.
