What are the details of the Training & Education Center's Class Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations of enrolled students must be submitted by the training coordinator through an email to training@state.ca.gov

To avoid paying the full course fee, the email must be received a minimum of TEN (10) State Business DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. This policy applies to individual classes as well as certificate programs.

The Training & Education Center will acknowledge the cancellation in writing. Verbal cancellation notifications will not be accepted. Substitutions may be made at any time by calling the Training & Education Center.

Your cancellation note must include the following information:

  • Name of student you wish to cancel
  • Class title and date in which the student is enrolled
