Project Delivery Connect Program
The Project Delivery Connect Program (PDCP) will provide avenues for Project management communication and collaboration that will help State of California departments successfully deliver project by:
- Improving the competency and knowledge of project delivery practitioners;
- Supporting departments’ successes on Information Technology (IT) project delivery;
- Allowing CA-PMO to become a trusted partner to state project teams; and
- Increasing the number of competent and reliable IT Project Manager resources statewide.
The PDCP – Phase 1 will focus on Project Managers/Project Directors and Testing Management practitioners. Details of how to participate in this program will be posted soon.
Project Delivery Summit
The Project Delivery Summit (summit) is designed to bring together Public Sector employees from State, City, and Counties within the State of California who manage, direct, sponsor and participate in the delivery of Government IT projects. The goal of this summit is to provide a one-day forum to deliver education, foster collaboration and provide networking opportunities for staff at all levels (line, executive and stakeholders) who work in and around government projects.
