CDT provides information technology (IT) services to assist Customers in meeting their program and business needs. Specific CDT services require lead-times when support is needed outside of normal business hours. Normal business hours are defined as Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, non-holidays. If the specified lead-times are not met for requested support outside of normal business hours, an expedite fee of $541 will be incurred.

Linux Server Services
- Restore files/folders
- Server – Add/Change drives/memory/cores
- Server – Other Modifications
Oracle DB Services
- New Oracle Database Service
- Change Oracle Database Service
- Decommission Oracle Database Service
WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
