Expedite Fee

CDT provides information technology (IT) services to assist Customers in meeting their program and business needs.  Specific CDT services require lead-times when support is needed outside of normal business hours.  Normal business hours are defined as Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, non-holidays. If the specified lead-times are not met for requested support outside of normal business hours, an expedite fee of $541 will be incurred.

The CDT Services listed below require a 5-business day lead-time for support outside of normal business hours:

AIX Server Build and Maintenance

  • Add or Modify an AIX User
  • Reboot AIX Server
  • Change AIX Server CPU and/or Memory
  • Change AIX Server SAN Storage
  • Install Software on AIX Server
  • Check AIX Server Performance
  • Other

DB2 LUW Database Services

  • Add Instance
  • Change Instance
  • Delete Instance

Identity/Access Management (IdAM)

  • Change Identify Management

Linux Server Services

  • Restore files/folders
  • Server – Add/Change drives/memory/cores
  • Server – Other Modifications

Oracle DB Services

  • New Oracle Database Service
  • Change Oracle Database Service
  • Decommission Oracle Database Service

WebSphere Application Server (WAS)

  • Change WAS
  • Change IHS
  • Change MQ
