Overview
Each Agency/state entity must summarize its actual and projected information technology costs in a format defined by California Department of Technology (CDT). IT costs of the Agency/state entity are to be summarized in the IT Cost Report (ITCR) workbook and submitted to CDT annually by February 1, each year.
