Overview
The California Project Management Framework (CA-PMF) is the state’s standard tool for managing IT projects. It gives step-by-step guidance, helpful tools, and explains why certain tasks are important.
This framework can be adjusted to fit projects of all sizes, making it useful for many different situations. It helps state teams plan and complete their projects successfully. There’s also a broader set of tools called Project Delivery Resources, which includes even more ways to help with project planning and delivery.
