The Office of Professional Development’s Training & Education Center offers IT and business professionals a low cost yet robust training option via our eLearning package “Premier Advantage California eLearning,” or PACe.
Product Summary
You choose how, when, and where to learn. PACe offers annual subscriptions to in-demand Technology, Professional Development, and Compliance training conveniently available whenever needed from any device.
Comply with state training requirements and provide training to employees, teams, or the enterprise. Track and report on course completions on demand.
Available for third party LMS integration.

PACe Program Training Packages (one-year unlimited access):
Basic Subscription – $85 per user
A full collection of online training for Information Technology, End User Software and Professional Development subjects. Includes over 31,000 courses, virtual classes, videos, and AI simulation exercises. Full course usage reporting is available for all customer administrators. Annual user subscription.
Volume discount pricing is available for 400+ users
Complete Subscription – $250 per user
Comprehensive collection online training for Software Development/Programming (Codecademy), Information Technology, End User Software and Professional Development subjects. Includes over 70,000 Courses, IT Bootcamps/Virtual Classes, IT labs, eBooks, Videos, AI simulation exercises. Full course usage reporting is available for all customer administrators. Annual user subscription.
Leadership and Management Subscription - $55 per user
Includes over 600 courses to help satisfy the state’s biennial 20-hour Leadership Training and Development requirement as directed in Government Code 19995.4. Includes courses, videos and AI simulation exercises. Full course usage reporting is available for all customer administrators. Annual user subscription.
CA Harassment Prevention Training Subscription - $20.00 per user
Includes two California State-compliant online video courses for employees and managers.

Customized Compliance Training – $1,660 (one-time fee)
Available in conjunction with standard CA Harassment Prevention Training Subscription. Includes course customization with your organization’s specific EEO contacts and anti-harassment policy embedded in each course. Also includes customization and maintenance as it relates to CA Policy SB 553, which requires covered California employers to take steps to prevent and respond to workplace violence.
PACe eLearning LMS Portal Subscription - $2,200.00
A dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) instance. Includes branding, custom configuration, SSO/API support, training, and support. This service is required for third party LMS course integration.
