The Office of Statewide Technology Procurement (OSTP) conducts and oversees statewide Information Technology procurements related to IT Reportable projects and Telecommunications acquisitions.
OSTP is responsible for:
- Oversight of the development of procurement documents for IT Reportable Projects
- Compliance (SCM, SAM, SIMM, PAL, STMM, PCC 12100, PCC6611)
- Conduct and facilitate statewide procurements (SIMM)
- Perform Negotiations of contracts
- Vendor Relationships and Communications
- Guide Post Award Activities
- Manage Statewide Telecommunication Contracts
- GenAI Procurement
- Cloud Services
