SIMM 19C – Solution Analysis

Overview

Solution Analysis is the third stage of the Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) and provides the basis for agencies/state entities to acquire a solution that best meets business objectives and yields the highest probability of success, including the:

• Maturity of mid-level solution requirements into clearly defined and detailed solution
  requirements.
• Elements to consider in the development of the Statement of Work (SOW).

Guidance in the solicitation development. Continual confirmation of organizational planning and readiness.
