SIMM 19D – Project Readiness and Approval

Overview

Project Readiness and Approval, is the fourth and final stage of the Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) and provides a basis for agencies/state entities to evaluate and reconfirm that:

  • Business objectives will be achieved.
  • Ensure the alternative solution selected continues to yield the highest probability of success.
  • Baseline the project’s timeframes, projected schedule, and costs.
  • Update the anticipated costs within the Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAWs), or SIMM 19F.
