Overview
Project Readiness and Approval, is the fourth and final stage of the Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) and provides a basis for agencies/state entities to evaluate and reconfirm that:
- Business objectives will be achieved.
- Ensure the alternative solution selected continues to yield the highest probability of success.
- Baseline the project’s timeframes, projected schedule, and costs.
- Update the anticipated costs within the Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAWs), or SIMM 19F.
