Assessment timeline

Timeframe: 4 – 8 weeks

Phase 1: Kickoff

In the kickoff meetings, we meet with the executive sponsor and key stakeholders to convey roles and responsibilities, key milestones, and give out initial tasks. We typically discuss these topics:

    • Identify key roles
    • Schedule in-depth interviews
    • Request system or service documentation
    • System inventory
    • Review your intake form

Phase 2: Research

We take time to further understand and gather information about your system. Our quantitative and qualitative research includes:

    • In-depth interviews with key staff
    • System user survey
    • System demos
    • Obtaining data, artifacts, documents, and other relevant files
    • Preliminary findings

Phase 3: Findings and recommendations

We look at all the data, information, and insights we gathered during research to develop the findings and recommendations.

We provide you with your Stabilization Assessment Report. The report includes the research, findings, and recommendations.

Phase 4: Pivot to remediation

Now that we’ve completed the assessment, we will have a transition meeting to pivot to remediation.

We will schedule the assessment closeout and remediation kickoff meeting, and ongoing remediation meetings.
